How We Deliver

The Engineered Delivery Framework

Every Amitash Gas Engineers project follows a seven-stage workflow. Each stage is owned by a certified engineer, signed off before the next begins, and closes with a documented deliverable — ensuring safety, compliance and predictable delivery on every site.

Documented Sign-Off
ISO
Certified Framework
24/7
Post-Handover Support
Stage01
Duration
1–2 Days

Requirement Discussion

We start by understanding your fuel type, consumption load, operating pressure, and statutory environment.

Review kitchen / plant layout and appliance inventory
Identify LPG, PNG or mixed-gas requirements
Capture compliance needs (ISO, OEM, local fire department)
Define project timeline and budget guardrails
Client Deliverable

Signed requirement sheet with load summary, compliance checklist and tentative scope.

Stage02
Duration
3–5 Days

Site Evaluation

Our engineers visit the site to assess civil readiness, routing feasibility, ventilation, and safety clearances.

Measure pipe-run distances and elevation changes
Locate cylinder yard, manifold room, and meter bank
Check wall/ceiling penetrations and structural constraints
Document existing electrical and fire-safety interfaces
Client Deliverable

Site survey report with marked-up photos, routing sketch and risk observations.

Stage03
Duration
3–5 Days

System Design

We produce engineered drawings, bill of materials, and pressure-drop calculations tailored to your load.

Isometric pipeline drawings with valve & regulator placement
Pipe sizing as per IS standards and appliance demand
Gas leak detector and emergency shut-off valve layout
Approval-ready documentation for client and authorities
Client Deliverable

Approved G.A. / isometric drawings, BOM and pressure-drop calculation sheet.

Stage04
Duration
1–3 Weeks

Material Supply

Only IS-certified pipes, valves, regulators, hoses, and fittings are procured, inspected, and logged.

Source from approved OEM vendors with test certificates
Incoming material inspection and batch tracking
Compatibility check with existing gas appliances
Safe transport and site storage planning
Client Deliverable

Material dispatch note with OEM test certificates and incoming inspection report.

Stage05
Duration
1–3 Weeks

Pipeline Installation

Trained crews install the pipeline using welded, threaded, or flanged joints as per the approved design.

Route marking and support clamp fixing at specified spans
Pipe cutting, threading, welding, and jointing by certified fitters
Valve, regulator, and meter integration
Progress inspection and daily safety toolbox talks
Client Deliverable

Installed pipeline system as per approved drawings with progress sign-off.

Stage06
Duration
2–5 Days

Testing & Safety Checks

Every system is pressure-tested, leak-tested, and inspected before it is declared ready for commissioning.

Pneumatic / hydrostatic pressure test as per applicable standard
Soap solution and electronic leak detection on all joints
Emergency shut-off, regulator, and detector functional tests
Statutory inspection coordination with certified authorities
Client Deliverable

Pressure / leak test report, safety checklist and statutory inspection clearance.

Stage07
Duration
2–5 Days

Final Commissioning

We hand over a fully documented, tested system and train your team on safe operation and basic troubleshooting.

System demonstration and appliance flame calibration
Operator training on valves, regulators, and emergency procedures
As-built drawings, test reports, and warranty documents
AMC proposal and 24×7 emergency support activation
Client Deliverable

Commissioning certificate, as-built drawings, O&M manual and warranty letter.
